Melba Ruth Grider Otwell, age 80 of New Boston, TX passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 at her residence. Ms. Otwell was born August 28, 1938 in New Boston, Texas. She was a retired bookkeeper for Joe Dike, CPA and a member of Oak Terrace Mission in New Boston where she served as a Sunday School teacher.
