Richard Floyd Capson, age 79 of New Boston, Texas passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 in a local hospital. Mr. Capson was born July 5, 1939 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a United States Army Veteran and is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Capson. Survivors include one daughter and son in law, Terri and Gary Hammons of Mt.
