Steve Cowley, of De Kalb, Texas, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at a Plano, Texas hospital. He was 59. Steve was born June 8, 1959 in Huntington Park, California to Doyle Ellis and Crissie Marlene Crawford Cowley.
