William “Bill” E. Caldwell, age 86 of New Boston, Texas passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 in a local Hospice Facility.  Mr. Caldwell was born September 21, 1932 in Wolfe City, Texas.  He was a Cattle Rancher, retired from Red River Army Depot, United States Army Veteran and is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Caldwell and a daughter, Tammy Smith.
