Philip Manuel Burkhalter, 38, of De Kalb, Texas passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 in Epping, North Dakota.
Philip was born April 10, 1980 in New Boston, Texas to Charles Bryan and Linda Sue Lansdale Burkhalter. He was a Foreman on the Roustabout Crew in the oil field.
He was preceded in death by his mother; Linda Lansdale Burkhalter.
