Follow up investigation has revealed that the firearm used in this shooting by Pedro Alarcon-Sepulveda was reported stolen to the Dallas Police Department. A warrant for Theft of a Firearm was obtained and served on Pedro Alarcon-Sepulveda. His bond had not been set on this new charge at the time of this release.
