James Earl Smith

James Earl Smith, of De Kalb, Texas passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 at a Texarkana, Texas hospital.  He was 69 years old. 

James was born September 17, 1950, in Foreman, Arkansas, to Rufus and Estelle Dollarhide Smith.  He was Handyman who loved to fish.  He was of the Baptist faith. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Johnson Smith; one sister, Erma Bennett; and two brothers, Rufus Smith, Jr. and Odean Smith.
