In an exciting district contest last night in New Boston, the Redwater Dragons rallied to score three times in the top of the 7^th to send the game into extra innings, but the host Lions notched a run in their half of the 8^th to win the game 4-3.

Going into their half of the 8^th, the Lions led off with a single by Connor Bobbit, followed by a single from Kyle Atkinson. With two on, Brian Reid was hit by a pitch to load the bases and then Bobbit stole home to score the winning run.
