USACE and City of Texarkana announce Wright Patman Lake Ultimate Rule Curve review process

–Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and City of Texarkana, Texas Officials announced today the initiation of the Wright Patman Lake Ultimate Rule Curve (URC) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review process.
