The Red River Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists strives to educate and preserve our communities and natural resources.
According to the Red River Chapter President Phyllis Ballard, the chapter, “exists to develop and certify a group of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach, and service dedicated toward the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas in our communities.”
“I like to think that everyone should find their place on the planet and take responsibility from there,” said Ballard.
