Boone brings over 40 years experience to New Boston Police Department

New Boston Police Department Code Enforcement Officer and Lead Investigator, Rick Boone, has been protecting and serving for over 40 years.

“I began my career in law enforcement in 1982 with the Palmer Police Department,” said Boone. “I left to work for a larger department in 1984 and joined the Waxahachie Police Department, where I worked for three years as a patrol officer.”

“In 1987 I left Waxahachie and joined the Lancaster Police Department, where I worked for 23 years before retiring in March 2010 as an Operations Lieutenant,” Boone explained.
