A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Friday, August 12 at the DeKalb Industrial Park for a new 64,000 square foot multi-million dollar facility that will, upon completion, house Saddle Brooke DreamBuilders and Grand Forge Metals. Both companies are family-owned, with Saddle Brooke offering high-quality custom cabins, sheds, barns, and beautifully styled tiny homes, and Grand Forge Metals a manufacturer of metal doors.
