Bessie Lou “Bess” McWilliams, of New Boston, Texas, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 at a Texarkana, Texas hospital. She was 85.

Bess was born December 1, 1936 to Sonny Henry and Cecil Pearl Ledbetter Stroman. She was retired from Bowie County where she worked as a County Clerk Assistant and was a member of Old Salem Baptist Church in New Boston, Texas.
