This week’s Bowie’s Best Athlete of the Week is Tiffanie Stewart. The 30-year-old athlete is from Simms and is a graduate of New Boston High School. Tiff, as her friends and family call her, is a veteran of the Bowie’s Best Special Olympics having competed with the team since it first started in 2003.
