Two fugitives that escaped from the Bi-State Jail last week are still on the loose and wanted by local law enforcement according to Sheriff Jeff Neal on Monday.
According to the official press release issued by the BCSO, On July 7, 2023, at approximately 3:05am, two inmates escaped from the Bi State Jail located at 100 N. State Line Avenue Texarkana, TX. Their escape was discovered during a jail count that morning. A review of surveillance footage confirmed they left the Bi State Building on foot travelling west bound towards Texas Boulevard.
Both inmates were wearing street clothes when they escaped the facility.
