The New Boston Police Department is making it easier to find and identify local missing persons with cognitive disabilities.

The NBPD has launched the Take Me Home program which is designed to give law enforcement necessary descriptive information to find adults and children who may be unable to identify themselves. “Every cop has a story of coming in contact with a nonverbal individual and trying to get them home,” said Cpl.
