Cloey Elizabeth Jarrett

Cloey Elizabeth Jarrett, age 22, of Avery, passed away, Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at her residence.

Cloey was born December 18, 2000, in Paris to Bradley and Lora Lamon Jarrett. She graduated from Avery High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Avery. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul “Poppie” and Judy “MawMaw” Lamon and Gran Pappy Jim McKown.

Cloey is survived by her parents, Bradley and Lora Lamon Jarrett of Avery; her sister, Samantha Beatty and husband, Everett; her brother, Kayden Jarrett; her grandmother, Vickie McKown of Avery; her grandfather, Tony Jarrett and wife, Andrea of Daingerfield; her special friends, Kaeleigh Martin and Makayle Smith; her aunt, Paula Pennington and husband, Jeff of Avery; 4 uncles, Ray Lamon and wife, Lana of Avery, Tim Lamon and wife, Teresa of Avery, Ben Jarrett of Longview and Dean McFadden of Longview; her cousins, Megan Pennington, which was more like a sister to Cloey, Chris and Claire Pennington, Brittney and Jonathan Barnes, Kyle and Jessica Lamon, Reagan and Ty Nichols, Emily Lamon, Amy Lamon, Shawn Lamon, Brandon “Dawn” Lamon, Ana Martin and Katy Mauldin and her beloved dog, Bean and cat, Luna.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Memorial services are set for 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2023, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Churchill and Bro. Paul Burkhalter officiating. Services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
