A DeKalb man is facing additional charges for his part in a sex-for-hire operation while another man took a plea deal.
Ryan Layne, 48, of DeKalb, is facing charges for solicitation of prostitution. Layne is alleged to be a regular customer of a prostitution operation which sold trafficked women for sex.
Layne was one of four named defendants indicted in 2022 for their parts in a sex-for-hire operation which dates back to 2015.
