Texas A&M University- Texarkana and Red River Credit Union (RRCU) have announced a new academic partnership between the financial institution and the university designed to make it easier and more affordable for RRCU employees to attend the university. The partnership was formalized on December 6th by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties during a small ceremony at RRCU’s location at 2700 University Avenue.
“We are thrilled to enter into this innovative partnership with our friends at Red River Credit Union,” said A&M-Texarkana President Dr. Ross Alexander. “As a university, we are committed to providing educational solutions and pathways for hard-working employees at our partner firms who can pursue flexible, reputable, and affordable online degrees while working fulltime.”
