The Dogwood Garden Club met Tuesday, April 9, at Sugar Mill Bakery and Events for their annual officers election. Officers for the 2024-2025 year are: Judy Klimaszewski, president; Belinda Lum, first vice president; Lorita Ruff, second vice president; Myra White, secretary/reporter; Mary Downs, treasurer; and Marie Carter, historian/ parliamentarian. The club meets every second Tuesday of the month to share knowledge and helpful hints for a chemical-free garden, discuss native plants and animals, plan beautification projects and coordinate with non-profits.
