The Bowie County Citizens Tribune came home from the 2024 North and East Texas Press Association annual conference with awards in nine different categories, including a second place in the category of General Excellence. The Tribune also placed in the categories of editorial writing, news writing, feature stories, feature photo, headline writing, column writing, sports writing and sports coverage.
