BILLIE FAYE RUSSELL

Billie Faye Russell of New Boston, Tx passed away peacefully at the age of 78 at the Waterton Plaza on April 30th, 2024.

Billie Faye was born on February 1st ,1946 to Leland and Gladys Copeland of New Boston, Tx.

Billie Faye was proceeded in death by her parents Leland and Gladys Copeland, brother Kenneth Copeland, sisters Betty Carol Copeland and Tressie Condict and Mary Lynch and husband Bill Russell.

She is survived by her sisters Shirley Hillis of Maud, Tx and Evelyn Grace of Eden, NC, daughter Linda (Edward) Faulkner of Mount Enterprise, Tx and their children Mallory Faulkner, Haleigh (Austin) King and Lance (Emeri) Faulkner. Son James (Anne) Lynch of Odessa, Tx and their children Alex, Austin, Cade and Mason Lynch. Daughter Rose Lynch of Hurricane UT and her children Dustin (Jessica) Ingram, Cameron (Kelsey) Ingram, Ayssa (Jack) Bushaw and Nathan Ingram and 9 great grandchildren.

Bille Faye loved to listen to music. She loved to sing and dance. She could dance up a storm, she loved dancing so much that she couldn’t wait for American Band Stand to air. She was a great storyteller. Scary stories were her favorite. Her brothers and sisters loved to listen to her stories. Billie Faye had a great sense of humor. She was always smiling and laughing. She looked forward to a good cold Coca-Cola. Billie Faye was extremely stubborn, just ask the nurses at the nursing home. Her last few months were a bit of a blur to her. The three people that she always remembered were her children, Linda Faye, Jamie and Rosie, her baby girl.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 4th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Bates Rolf funeral home in New Boston, Tx.
