The Texarkana Children’s Advocacy Center (TCAC) is partnering with local schools in an effort to end child abuse.
“One of our goals is to provide hope, healing and justice for … victims of child abuse and neglect,” said Trinity Gardner.
Gardner is the director of education and prevention at TCAC.
