He is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Ora Nell May.

E. DeWeber of Seymour, Texas, Linda Kay and Chris Woods of Plano, Texas, and Debbie and Lynn Riner of Naples, Texas.

Wyvon was a proud grandfather to six cherished grandchildren; Tayler and husband, T.J. Gurley, Lindsey and husband, Nick Chrapowicki, Gauge Higgs, Clay Allen, Callie Allen and Laekin May. He also leaves behind numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Christian Brotherhood of Outdoorsman, 57 County Road 4121, Simms, Texas 75574 in honor of Wyvon’s love for faith, family, and the great outdoors.

Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Sand Hill Cemetery Pavilion in Simms, Texas with Buddy Ray officiating.

Cremation is under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas.

Wyvon G. May’s sudden passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his legacy of love, service, and devotion will never be forgotten.
