SANDRA DAVIS HARMON

Sandra Davis Harmon, 75, of New Boston, TX passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in a local hospice facility. She was born July 12, 1949 in Ashdown, AR to the late William A. and Georgia Davis. Sandy loved her family very much. She loved seeing and talking to her children and grandchildren. She had a giving heart and was always giving little gifts to her loved ones. She always enjoyed spending time with her friends, Carolyn and Glenda, when she could. Last, but not least, let’s talk about that PURPLE hair. She said it made her happy, so we made sure she had it! Mrs. Harmon is preceded in death by her parents, William and Georgia Davis, husband, James D. Harmon, sisters, Lora Jean Warren and Deborah Lynn Eldredge and brothers-in-law, William Harmon, Ellis Harmon and Roger Harmon.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Jennifer Harmon of Atlanta, TX, one daughter and sonin- law, Angie and Andrew Rushing of Bossier City, LA, three brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Jonna Harmon, Alice and LeeRoy Cooper and Sharon Harmon, ten grandchildren, Kaleigh (Cory) Dodson, Kandis Harmon, Karlee (Duncan) Stewart, Kate-Lynn (Ryan) Cates, Emma (Aaron) Strom, Kami Harmon, Zackery (Aubrey) Cain, Blade Cain, Andrew Rushing II and Hunter Rushing, ten great-grandchildren, Cass, Finn and Ruby Dodson, Addi Hellums, Daxton and Kowen Stewart, Riverleigh Cates, Isaiah and Lennox Harmon and Zoe Cain and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 2:00 at Red Bayou Methodist Church in New Boston, TX with Keith Griffith officiating.
