“Franco’s first meet of the year was at Union Grove,” said Frank. She finished second overall in a field of 23 other schools.” “In Avery, she finished first at her second meet, winning by over 30 seconds with a time of 12:42.00,” said Frank.
Later in the season, “Franco won the Longhorn Invitational at Mc-Cleod by nearly a 1 minute lead by running a 12:27,” said Frank. “Franco then went on to win the 2A Minute District 16A Championship with a time of 13:11.75.” “Cross Country is a demanding sport,” said Frank. “In fact most times it is a struggle.”
