Simms ISD is welcoming Coach Brett Chrapowicki as junior high football, basketball and track coach.
Chrapowicki said accepting a position in a small school like James Bowie feels like coming home. “The graduating class at my high school was just over 50 students and I always enjoyed the small town atmosphere and getting to know everybody at the school,” said Chrapowicki.
“Years before I graduated college I knew that I wanted to work at a small school, get to know everybody, and stay around for a while,” he said.
