Red Lick ISD has named Mr. Will Harris as their new middle school principal to start the 2023-2024 school year. Mr. Harris is currently an assistant principal at Texas High, where he has served in that role for the past six years.
Red Lick Superintendent, Brandon Dennard, commented on the hiring of Mr. Harris, “Red Lick Middle School has grown and excelled so much in the last two years and it will only continue with Mr. Harris taking over. He has many tangible strengths but the way he builds relationships with students is second to none. Red Lick is excited to have him join #theHerd!”
Mr. Harris is married to Hiliary and they have two children, William and Emmalyn. He started in education as a substitute teacher and since has served as a classroom teacher, Career and Technical Education Coordinator for both a school district and an education cooperative, and has served in a state capacity as a curriculum advisor and federal funds auditor for the Carl Perkins Act.
