SAY Bugman has been in business for many years, since 1997 in fact, but recently got new ownership from a man that has been working with the business for years.
Avery High graduate Josh Perez took over SAY Bugman on January 1, 2020 and has been working there since October of 2015.
Perez says, “I joined the pest control business when I was 23 years old. I had been working in the oil field and the oil field had gone down. I felt that the Lord had wanted me to go into business with Mr. (Sam) Yancy, and to learn a trade from him. I have been working there ever since. Mr. Yancy and I had decided that this year was a good time for me to take the business over. Of course, he still works with the business as well. He loves going out and being an advocate for the business. He still goes to service houses and talks to all his customers.”
