Fields of Faith, the wildly popular global youth ministry, is bringing an indoor event to New Boston.
Sponsored by Red River Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Rip England Premier Realty, New Boston High School gym will host Court of Champions on January 29. The doors to the event will open at 6:30 PM. First Baptist De Kalb youth pastor, David Briggs, says, “This is an evanglistic event in which we are just trying to reach as many people in the area as possible. I have been in contact with Eric Akin, the FCA area director, about this event and we are just trying to continue spreading the Word in a way that Fields of Faith does.”
Court of Champions will have a band, followed by a few testimonies from people in the community, and then followed by the speaker, John Kopta. Kopta has traveled to over 30 countries and has spoken to well over a million people about the message of Christ.
