Brooklynn Redman, the daughter of Shannon and Kandis Redman, and the granddaughter of Mam and Gamby Cates of New Boston, is all smiles as she poses for a picture at the Tribune office.
Brooklynn came by the office to tell all of us about World Down Syndrome Day, which is tomorrow, March 21.
The date for WDSD being the 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome.
