Anna Liza White passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, at her home in De Kalb, Texas surrounded by her family.
She was 90 years old.
Anna was born February 21, 1933 in Texarkana, Arkansas to George and Lucinda Ellis Sikes. She was the head cook for Juanita’s Truck Stop for many years. Anna enjoyed spending time with her family and playing cards and dominoes, watching westerns, and the occasional trip to the casino. Anyone close to her knew of her passion for cooking. She had a heart of goodness and was always there for others. Anna was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.
