Patricia Suzette Hopkins formerly of De Kalb, Texas passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022 at a Houston, Texas hospital.
She was 76.
Suzette was born April 29, 1946 in Augusta, Georgia to John Edward and Betty Jean Perkins Walker. She attended De Kalb schools and was a retired barber.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother, Mildred Gerturd; one brother, Roger Redwine; and one son, Edy Wayne Skinner.
She is survived by one son, Tracy Ryan Hopkins of Denham Springs, Louisiana; one cousin, William Boyd “Doc” Estes of Hooks, Texas and numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Malta Cemetery in Malta, Texas with Robby Bates officiating. Burial was be under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas.
