Donna Yvonne Collvins passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at her home in De Kalb, Texas. She was 65.
Donna was born October 5, 1956 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Owen and Rheta Raleigh Clemmer. She was an administrative secretary for Red Lick Middle School and was a pet rescue volunteer. Donna was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Texarkana.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
