Texas. He was a self-employed roofer, contractor and carpenter for over 40 years. Wayne was a former dirt track racer, was a member of Banshee’s MC of Texarkana, Texas and a member of First Biker’s Church in Texarkana, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Middleton.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Milligan of Nash, Texas; his father and stepmother, Chris A. and Shari Milligan of Sanger, Texas; three sons and two daughters- and Cecilia Milligan of Hooks, Texas and Henry Milligan of Nash, Texas; a daughter, Misty Milligan of Nash, Texas; three brothers and two sisters-inlaw, Chris and Terrie Milligan of Nash, Texas, Jeremy and Summer Milligan of Lewisville, Texas and Chris Church of Lewisville, Texas; a sister and brother-inlaw, Renee and Kenny Perry of Sanger, Texas; an uncle and aunt, Harvey and Phyllis Heflin of Denison, Texas; a sister-in-law, Cindy Thomas Ford and her family of Russellville, Arkansas; a brother-in-law and his wife, Bryan and Taniesha Ogburn of Arkansas; a lifetime family friend, Traci Murphy of Texarkana, Texas; six grandchildren and one on the way; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services were held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 12, 2022 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Texarkana, Texas with Bryan Ogburn officiating.
Visitation was held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas.

“Insane” Harvey Wayne Milligan, of Nash, Texas, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022 at a Dallas, Texas hospital from complications of his second liver transplant, the first of which was donated by his loving son, Kevin Milligan. He was 57.
