She also worked at Red River Army Depot for thirty years, most recently in payroll administration.Meg was a faithful member of the New Boston Church of Christ for over fifty years. Her greatest joy when her girls were growing up was welcoming the youth group into her home and making sure everyone knew they were valued and appreciated. If you knew her, you remember her wide open smile, her encouraging words and hugs, and her joyful participation in the fun and games. She also taught the Young Ladies’ Class for many years sharing the love of Jesus, as well as serving as a youth counselor at Mountain Fork Christian Camp.  Her legacy will live on for generations. One of Meg’s defining characteristics was generosity. She shared her time, treasure, and talent with those she loved dearly as well as those she might have just met.
