Billy Richard Ruff, age 68, of Hooks, passed away, Monday, July 12, 2021, at his residence. Billy was born in Bisbee, Arizona to Billy Ray and Patricia Marie Peek Ruff. He was a teacher. His parents and a sister, Terri Ruff preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son; Justin Ruff and wife Rachel of Keller, two grandchildren; Kyla and Elijah Ruff and numerous other family and friends.
