Where most see a blank wall, Darlene Taylor says she sees more.
“Potential. I see something that it needs to be, that it’s not right now but it can become. A wasted opportunity for advancement,” said the 53-year-old Texarkana artist.
And potential is just what she is bringing to downtown New Boston with her latest piece of artwork in progress at the corner of North West and Northeast Front streets.
