Barbara Kaye Rankin of De Kalb Texas passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at a Texarkana, Texas hospital. She was 73.
Barbara was born August 7, 1947 in Orange, Texas to Arvell Joseph and Vera Faye Toney Sanders. She was a retired Teacher for James Bowie ISD and a member of First Baptist Church in De Kalb, Texas.
