Kelly Blackburn of Avery, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at a Dallas, Texas hospital. He was 60.
Kelly was born January 16, 1960 in Clarksville, Texas to Clarence William and Martha Gerald Lee Blackburn. He was a retired Road Commissioner for Bowie County. Kelly was a member of De Kalb First United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
