WILLIE CLYDE BETTS

Willie Clyde Betts of De Kalb, Texas passed away Monday, June 29, 2020 at a care facility in Sugar Land, Texas. He was 75.

Willie was born January 11, 1945, in De Kalb, Texas, to Norris and Mayme Lucille Haynes Betts.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army and a retired Container Shop Supervisor for Red River Army Depot.  Willie was a Trustee and the Treasurer for St. Paul Baptist Church in De Kalb, Texas.  He served on the De Kalb City Council for 19 years.
