Michael was born May 27, 1966, in Texarkana, Texas, to George Arlie and Jonna L. England Harmon. He was a Certified Public Accountant for Bowie-Cass Electric Coop and formerly for Alcoa/Alumax. He was a member of the Texas Association of CPA's and Tapp Memorial UMC in New Boston, Texas. He loved and supported his family.
