MARVIN LEWIS PEEK

Marvin Lewis Peek passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at his home in De Kalb, Texas. He was 71.

Marvin was born August 6, 1948, in Avery, Texas, to Marvin Lee and Cecil Verde Jackson Peek. He was a retired Postal Worker having worked for the United States Postal Service for over 40 years and was a member of the Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Mattie Caronna and Jacqueline Peek; and a grandson, Dayton Standridge.

He is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jennifer and Jason Head of Texarkana, Texas, Janet and Dennis Runnels of De Kalb, Texas and Jessica Peek of Texarkana, Texas; one nephew, Gary Don Caronna of Dallas, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Cheyne Brown, Cason Head, Brittany Runnels, Blair Simmons and Davin Standridge; and numerous other relatives and friends.
