Jessica Ann Rachel, age 31 of Maud, Texas passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 in Maud, Texas. Ms. Rachel was born November 29, 1987 in Blytheville, Arkansas. She was a member of the Oakridge Missionary Baptist Church, Maud, Texas. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Derward Holley and Robert Rachel.
