Ellery Paul Pippen, age 78 of Maud, Texas passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019 in a local hospital. Mr. Pippen was born November 1, 1940 in Simms, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, member of the Church of Christ, Maud and in the United States Marine Reserves.
Survivors include his wife, Joe Ann Pippen of Maud, Texas, one daughter and son in law, Leslie and Jim Goodrick of Maud, Texas, two sons and daughters in law, Paul and Leigh Ann Pippen of Maud, Texas, Mark and Lori Pippen of Maud, Texas, three grandchildren, Lauren, Connor and Rachel Pippen all of Maud, Texas, two sisters and a brother in law, Betty and Frank Caudle and Marcie McMillen all of Maud, Texas, one brother and sister in law, Ronnie and Angie Pippen of Maud, Texas and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 30, 2019 at the Church of Christ, Maud with Bro. Dan Fredman officiating. Interment will be in Center Ridge Cemetery, Maud under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston, Texas. Visitation will be at 10:00 A.M. at the church before services.
