JEFF HOWARD

Jeff Howard, 73, of Annona, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at a Tyler, Texas hospital.

Jeff was born October 5, 1945 in Simms, Texas to Otis Egbert and Nellie Kathryn Phillips Howard.  He was a Physics Instructor and was of the Missionary Baptist faith. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Glen Howard, Ralph Howard, Don Howard, and Charles Howard. 

He is survived by his wife, Connie Howard of Annona, Texas; one son, Chris Howard of Ft. Worth, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Phillip Nagano of Thailand; one sister, Cathy Peterson of Dallas, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Joyce Howard of De Kalb, Texas; two grandchildren, Eden Nagano and Ezra Nagano; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. 

 Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, July 6, 2019, at Wards Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Simms, Texas.  Interment will follow at Wards Creek Cemetery in Simms, Texas under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas. 

Visitation will be held 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Wards Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Simms, Texas.
