VETRICE MATHROLE
Vetrice Maybelle Mathrole, age 96 of New Boston, Texas passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 in a local nursing facility. Mrs. Mathrole was born September 13, 1922 in Americo, Oklahoma. She was retired as a Chief Clerk with the Coast Guard in Port Author, Texas and is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Matherole, a great granddaughter, Kaylee Marie Hornsby, brother, Harold Kizer and sister, Mary Godwin.
Survivors include one daughter, Patty Hornsby of New Boston, Texas, one son, Don Mathrole of Chico, California, her grandchildren, Debbie Poole of Tennessee Colony, Texas, Aaron, Matherole, Amber Matherole, Rob Matherole and Shannon Scofield of Chico, California, one sister, Helen, Kennedy of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two great grandchildren, Tyler Poole of Honolulu, Hawaii, Christopher Poole of Neches, Texas and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 A.M., Friday, May 24, 2019 at Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston with Bro. Rick Rothwell officiating. Interment will be in Redmen Cemetery, DeQueen Arkansas under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the funeral home.
