Daphene Morrison, age 68 of New Boston, Texas passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at her residence.  Mrs. Morrison was born March 4, 1950 in New Boston, Texas,  She was a retired Mobile Equipment Mechanic from Red River Army Depot and a member of Tapp United Methodist Church, New Boston.  

Survivors include her husband James Morrison, one son and daughter in law, Jason and Holly Stotts all of New Boston, Texas, one step daughter, Molly Wade of Texarkana, Arkansas, mother, Lou Yates of DeKalb, Texas, two sisters and one brother in law, Yvonne and George Gumaer of Tyler, Texas, Charlene Caver of McKinney, Texas, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends,
