A&M-Texarkana to Offer New Master’s Degree in Nursing

Texas A&M University-Texarkana has announced that it will be launching a new Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program in in the fall of 2021. The university’s new master’s degree in nursing has recently been approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, the regional body for the accreditation of degree-granting higher education institutions in the southern states.  

Applications for the PMHNP program will be available soon.
