This topic sounds a little cheesy, but it’s very important. In this world you and I know that people are mean and ugly to other people, but we still need to love them. The Bible says “Love one another as I have loved you.”
We need to be kind and shine light like Jesus did.
Also GOD has told us that we are children of the King;we are GOD’S people and no one can take us away from him. But people are going to be rude! So here’s a good way to handle it. Do not be mean back; that just shows you’re just as bad as the other person. Simply Pray ask GOD to work in their life and to help them be kind. Model Christ to them, if they say a mean thing to you simply don’t say anything and just smile. GOD did not want us to just love our friends and family; he wanted us to love everyone. Somebody once told me JESUS made them so I need to love them.
This is soooo super hard to do, but because you’re shining the light of JESUS He can help you! I’m almost 6 feet tall and people can be a little mean to me sometimes. They say mean and hateful things about my size and it really hurts me, but I know GOD made me this tall for a reason to serve His kingdom. Remember they were mean to JESUS too, and he LOVED them anyway.
My Mama always taught me that when someone is acting hateful and mean it is because they are hurting from something… maybe their family is not good, or they are being mistreated or neglected. I always try to remember that. I also remember that God loves that person, so I am going to do my best to love them too. ALSO PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR THOSE WHO ARE MEAN TO YOU!
